Sahaj Samadhi Meditation
Connect to the Source
In the Sahaj Samadhi Course, you will learn an effortless technique of meditation that allows the conscious mind to experience the silent depths of its own nature. This course has its origins in a meditation tradition that is thousands of years old. During this course you will learn a technique called Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. Sahaj, in Sanskrit, means effortless and Samadhi is the silent, lively state of awareness that lies at the source of thought. Samadhi is a natural state beyond waking, sleeping and dreaming that is an unlimited reservoir of energy, intelligence, creative power, and a place of infinite peace and tranquility. The practice of Sahaj Samadhi brings all of these qualities into our daily experience, resulting in increased energy, clarity, and most importantly, deep inner peace. Easy to Learn Sahaj Samadhi is natural and effortless. It presents the mind with a field of profound peace, a state of deep silence that is irresistible. Very naturally, and without any effort, both mind and body relax into a state of deep and profound restfulness in which deeply rooted stress is dissolved without effort, and the experience of one’s own infinite potential for peace, joy and creativity is unfolded. It can be learned by anyone, and does not require concentration or mental effort. The benefits are immediate, tangible, and cumulative, and the practice itself is relaxing and enjoyable. Unlike practices of contemplation or guided meditation, Sahaj Samadhi does not require accessories, a special place in which to practice, nor any guidance once learned. This meditation can be done anywhere: on a plane, in a waiting room, at the office – any place you can sit with your eyes closed you can experience the silence of Samadhi. Personalized Instruction Instruction in Sahaj Samadhi is based upon a tradition that is thousands of years old. TESTIMONIALS "My meditation is my time for myself, where I can let go and just be. And when I’m done, I feel rested, refreshed, joyful and peaceful…ready to take on all of life’s demands. Meditation has really helped me lower my stress and anxiety levels and has given me the ability to laugh even in times of crisis. " -- Soham, Commercial Real Estate Broker "After taking the Sahaj course I feel an overall improvement in my energy although I sleep much less than I used to. I’m also more present for the everyday moments of my life and in my relationships with friends and family. I find that I’ve become a lot calmer and less reactive to events that would have bothered me before and have even noticed an increase in my creativity." -- Raphael, Branding and Marketing |
